All bookings are subject to vehicle and service availability. A booking will be considered confirmed only after confirmation from Shri Shyam Baba Tour & Travels. Availability is not guaranteed until the booking has been officially confirmed.
The applicable fare must be paid as agreed at the time of booking. Any additional charges arising from extra usage, additional distance, waiting time, tolls, parking, permits, or other applicable expenses may be charged separately.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation and the booking terms applicable to the service. Customers are advised to confirm the cancellation and refund terms at the time of booking. Any eligible refund will be processed according to the applicable cancellation policy.
Charges such as toll tax, parking fees, state permits, entry fees, driver allowance, extra kilometres, additional hours, or other applicable government or service charges may be payable separately unless specifically included in the booking fare.
Customers are requested to provide accurate pickup and drop-off details at the time of booking. Any change in the pickup/drop location after confirmation may result in additional charges or changes in the applicable fare.
Shri Shyam Baba Tour & Travels shall not be responsible for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, vehicle restrictions, government regulations, natural events, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during the journey. Shri Shyam Baba Tour & Travels shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
The vehicle must be used only for the purpose and route agreed at the time of booking. Any unauthorized use, excessive passenger capacity, or activities that may damage the vehicle may result in additional charges or cancellation of the service.
Any request to change the date, time, vehicle, route, pickup point, or other booking details will be subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
In case the originally booked vehicle becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Shri Shyam Baba Tour & Travels may provide an alternative vehicle or suitable arrangement, subject to availability.
By making a booking with Shri Shyam Baba Tour & Travels, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable booking terms communicated at the time of confirmation.
